How Long Does It Take to Get My Order?
We know you’re excited to get your items, so we’ve broken down the timeline for you. Each order has a processing time and a shipping time.
Cut-off Time: All orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Who Are Our Shipping Partners?
We trust our packages to the best carriers in the business. Your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any international addresses. Unfortunately, we are also unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations and hope to be able to serve more locations in the future.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can request a change to your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately with your new address details. We are not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
What If There Are Delays?
While we always aim for timely deliveries, please remember that shipping times are estimates. Factors like extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays can sometimes impact delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations!
