At Chezary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This generous window gives you plenty of time to decide. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How do I start the return process?

Please do not send your product back to us without our guidance. Instead, email our support team at support@chezary.com with the following information:

• Your order number and full name.
• Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details).
• The reason for your return.
• Clear photos of the defective or damaged product.

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

What about exchanges and cancellations?

• Exchanges: We only exchange products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size.
• Cancellations: You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. If a cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the product is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the entire cost of return shipping.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item (or after your cancellation request is approved), we will notify you via email. The funds will then be automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 days.
