Order Cancellation & Returns

Yes, you can request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@chezary.com. After 12 hours, we may not be able to make changes as your order could already be in production or processing.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Email us at support@chezary.com with your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions.
